I am going to share one of my favorite soup recipe. Soup is a food we all know. For centuries, soup has been used mainly in the diet of the patient, Noodle Soup is one of the variation of soup . It is a very familiar food in the West or China. Noodle soup is available at various Chinese restaurants. Besides, Instant Noodle Soup has come to the market.

Ingredients list:
- Chicken breast (thin cut slice): One and half cups
- Chicken stock: 2 liters
- Fish sauce: 1 tsp spoon
- Noodles: 250 g
- Garlic slice: 1 tablespoon
- Light soya sauce: 2 teaspoons
- Lettuce leaves: 1/4 cups
- Beans Sprouts (Germinated Beans): 100 g
- Green Chili : 5-6
- Coriander leaf: 1 tablespoon
- Peanut Powder: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: As taste
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Tasting salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
- White pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Steps of the recipe:
Step 1
Mix chicken meat with one teaspoon of soya sauce and keep marinated for 20-25 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic until garlic become brown. Now add chicken meat and roast it for 3 minutes. Next add hot stock.
Step 3
Add salt, tasting salt, sugar, black pepper powder, green chili slice and bins sprouts. When it light boiled and start blooming then add noodles, lettuce leaves, fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of soya sauce.
Step 4
Serving dish should be served with lemon juice, peanut powder and coriander leaves.
