Previously, kind users here enlightened me that I should convert my AMPL to USDT and then transfer USDT to FTX using the TRC-20 network in order to save on network fees. So that's what I tried today. It worked.

The network fee was only $1. And my USDT arrived safe and sound at FTX literally in the blink of an eye. That's speedy!

I promptly converted this USDT to SGD dollars.

The conversion was successful but it seemed like the amount was too small for me to cash it out.

No matter. I remembered what the users said about Litecoin incurring negligible fees, so I converted my SGD to Litecoin. 

I then filled in my Litecoin address from Gemini and expectantly clicked on 'Withdraw'. 

Guess I cannot fulfill this action because I just enabled my 2FA today. Also changed my password because I forgot my previous one. Please stay tuned and root for me. I sure hope I will be able to cash out my Publish0x earnings!
