How did you rebuild your wealth after a grave financial setback?

Have you ever lost a substantial amount (or even your life savings) in a crypto venture and had to pick up the shattered pieces and rebuild your life again? Often, when we come across people sharing how distraught they are about losing their money, Internet strangers post comforting and encouraging remarks about how money can be made again, so they shouldn’t give up and succumb to pessimistic (or even suicidal) thoughts. Sometimes, they even share personal anecdotes about their losses and how they have bounced back ever since.

However, it is one thing to read people’s stories and recognise the five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance. It’s another thing to be cognisant of these symptoms in yourself and have the will to do something about it, especially when you are stuck in a funk and don’t feel like doing anything. As such, would you care to share stuff that you managed to do and was effective in overcoming your trial? What were the workable steps you took to rebuild your life and wealth again?
