Chandler Guo (Baoerye) Spotlights SYNBO's Exploration of the On-Chain Primary Market as the Hong Kong Web3 Festival Concludes

By CryptoOracle | CryptoOracle | 26 Apr 2026

During the 2026 Hong Kong Web3 Festival, information flowed at lightning speed. Every booth, every event, and every meeting held the potential to forge initial connections within minutes. Amidst this vibrant atmosphere, we had the privilege of speaking with Chandler Guo (affectionately known as Baoerye) to introduce SYNBO’s vision for on-chain primary market financing.

As a long-standing, active representative of the Web3 industry, Chandler Guo has always maintained a high sensitivity toward community power, grassroots users, early-stage opportunities, and industry shifts. When SYNBO positioned itself as a pioneering project exploring the on-chain primary market space, this unique angle quickly captured his attention.

Chandler Guo’s Interest Stems from Recognizing Genuine Needs

During our exchange, Chandler Guo focused on understanding SYNBO’s current developmental stage, the direction the team is pushing toward, and the core problems the project aims to solve. Rather than just looking at the technology or the product in a vacuum, his primary concern was:

“Can this actually get more people involved? Can you turn the historically closed-off early-stage opportunities into a more open, accessible on-chain environment? Can you forge a more direct connection between ordinary users, community members, and early-stage projects?”

These questions perfectly align with the exact direction the SYNBO team has been advancing.

On-site, SYNBO core members explained:

“Currently, the Web3 market isn’t short of hype, nor is it short of new projects. The real issue is the persistent distance between early-stage projects and everyday users. On one hand, projects need to capture the attention of authentic communities and industry resources much earlier. On the other hand, everyday users want the opportunity to engage with high-potential projects early on, rather than being forced into passive participation only after a project has completed multiple rounds of VC funding or hit the secondary market.”

Hearing this, Chandler Guo showed profound interest in SYNBO’s exploratory direction and expressed his support and attention. He agreed that the market genuinely needs someone to build an on-chain primary market platform with a lower barrier to entry — one that is highly usable and deeply integrated with community participation.

Continuous On-Site Discussions: Industry Friends Are Pondering the Same Question

Beyond Chandler Guo, SYNBO engaged in face-to-face discussions with numerous industry friends throughout the Hong Kong Festival. One distinct takeaway was that the conversation around on-chain primary market financing is no longer conceptual; it has become highly specific and urgent.

Project founders shared their struggles:

“The hardest part for an early-stage project right now isn’t telling a good story; it’s finding that first batch of people who are genuinely willing to understand, participate, and support the project. Many projects lack exposure and trust-building scenarios during their launch phase. An open on-chain platform that combines project showcasing, community participation, and resource connection would be incredibly valuable.”

Community partners focused on user participation:

“Many users are actually very interested in early-stage projects, but the traditional primary market is too distant, too complex, and relies too heavily on insider networks. What ordinary users need isn’t more complicated financial jargon, but a participation portal with a lower barrier, clearer rules, and a more user-friendly experience.”

Industry peers expressed interest in collaboration: Many approached the discussions from a partnership angle, hoping to maintain communication with SYNBO to explore possibilities in project curation, community co-building, content dissemination, joint events, and resource matching.

From a Single Exchange to Boundless Collaborative Possibilities

Many of the conversations initiated on the festival floor ultimately pointed toward future collaborations.

During the event, several industry peers exchanged contact information with the SYNBO team, expressing a strong desire to stay in touch. Various project teams were eager to learn how they could leverage SYNBO to gain early community exposure and support.

SYNBO would like to extend a special thanks to Chandler Guo for his attention, support, and sincere advice during our on-site meeting. We also want to thank all the industry friends, community partners, project teams, media friends, and ecosystem builders who stopped by to chat, ask questions, share perspectives, and explore collaborations during the Hong Kong Web3 Festival.

It is precisely these authentic discussions, tough questions, and shows of support that allow SYNBO to see market demand more clearly — and to step firmly into the next phase of our journey.
