What is NANO? First off, NANO is a cryptocurrency that was worth less than $1 USD exactly a year ago from the date of this article post. Next, it’s feeless. I mean, completely, 100% feeless. No fees. It’s also completely instant. I’m talking about lightning-fast instant. You can test it with some of the below-listed links. It’s easy to fall in love with this coin and it has a lot of potential. There isn’t much NOT to like about NANO. So far, NANO has proven to be a stable currency with a relatively stable valuation, and somewhat immune from the hyper valuations in either the up or down directions.
There are a variety of wallets support NANO. One popular wallet, which is compatible with many other currencies as well, is Exodus. I mention this because I’m sure many of the readers here use or have used Exodus. I’d like to talk a bit about Natrium, which is a NANO-specific wallet. This wallet is the most straightforward NANO wallet that makes it easy to trade NANO. As a dedicated NANO wallet, it is Important to use Natrium if you are interested in receiving airdrops, which are basically free cryptocurrency giveaways that the NANO team hosts. In my experience, the NANO developers have been extremely generous and fun with their airdrops and other features of their platform.

One of the things I love most about NANO is the hilarious and fun community behind it. Alright, one more thing about NANO. There’s an offshoot currency called BaNANO. And the mascot/logo? A banana, of course. You need to install Kalium wallet if you’d like to send and receive Banano (BAN). There are a variety of casino-style game websites where you can wager and win BAN, but I’m not going to link those because I don’t encourage gambling. Yes, I know, cryptocurrency in general is gambling. But you know what I mean.
The NANO and BAN communities are hilarious, and I highly suggest taking a peek into using both of these currencies. For my next post, I will talk about mining BAN and using your computer to earn BAN.
