Leaderboard Rewards
The Axie Origins Season 12 Leaderboard will have a total of 90k AXS tokens (Axie Infinity Shards) in rewards. Of these, 80,000 AXS will go to the Leaderboard, rewarding the top 15,000 players in the Top 15k. The higher up the Leaderboard you are, the more rewards you will receive. So, if your goal is to achieve a good position, don't forget to craft runes and charms and build a good team of Axies.
In addition to the Leaderboard prize pool, the remaining 10,000 AXS will be split into 7K AXS for Collection Chests, which reward Collectible Axies, and 3,000 AXS for Tournaments. Free Jin x Origins Avatar
To celebrate the opening of the Ronin Chain, which allowed other projects from other blockchain networks to start sending Smart Contracts on the network, the team at Axie Origins has decided to send players an avatar of Jin, who represents the mysterious guardian of the Ronin Ecosystem and who was widely used during the opening campaigns of the Ronin network, along with another character, to their in-game email.

Axie Check-IN
A new Check-In feature has been added to Axie Origins. In it, you earn points daily when you check in with an Axie, but there is a detail: the higher the rarity of the Axie's collection, the more points you will receive when collecting the points at check-in. For example, a normal Axie earns only 4 points, while a collectible Axie with parts of Japan receives 80 points, which is 20x more points. This difference can be even greater for the rarest Axies, giving more utility to those who have these Axies in the Collection. In addition, Axies from the Origin, Mystic or AgamoGenenis collection will receive elite points in addition to receiving 120 normal points.
These points will be important, because this season there will be no distribution of Rune and Charm packs, being moved to an Axie Check-in store, where you will craft the materials using the check-in points. This change gives a great advantage to those who have collectible Axies, because they will have more runes and charms than other players. Also, for those who own Axies Origins, Mystic or AgamoGenenis and earn elite points, there will be special items available for purchase in the store.
