If you did not hear, www.orca.so raised more than $18mn from Polychain, Placeholder, and Three Arrows Capital and many other PE firms.
It is starting quite well with almost $300mn in TVL. They also have more than $40mn daily volume.
The fact that there are a lot of private capital behind make it more legit than many anonymous projects I guess :D.
They want to make it the most efficient and user friendly AMM out there including their Ethereum competitors !
They also added this magicbar that allows you to type for swap instead of clicking many times. Not a freat innovation in my opinion but if they had a lot of these user friendly widgets, that could be great for the end customer.
“We are working on a smart contract that will allow for more capital-efficient trades (lower slippage) compared to our current smart contract, even with the same amount of liquidity,” Grace “Ori” Kwan, co-founder of Orca told Decrypt.

The project is valued at $68mn currently which could be much higher if more TVL joins the party !
