Today I will be looking at the latest video released by Coffeezilla, who has once again decided to go after Logan Paul following their spat at the beginning of the year. In January Coffeezilla posted a video regarding the scam project Logan Paul had created known as "CryptoZoo" and this ultimately lead to a response from Logan Paul with a promise of refunding anybody who held the NFT. Six months later and things have not gone quite to plan.....
Coffeezilla Goes Again
The video stats with Coffeezilla recapping his previous escapade with Logan Paul, where Coffeezilla reminds us he was threatened with a lawsuit from Logan Paul before eventually Logan Paul thanked Coffeezilla for calling him out and announced a refund to the tune of $1.8 million. This was to be available for those who still held their "base egg" NFT, and would allow them to burn their eggs and be refunded in ETH or BNB. In Coffeezilla's final video on the issue back in January he stated that while he appreciated Logan Paul's gesture to the victims of the project, he would follow up to ensure that they did indeed get the compensation which was promised.
Six months later and nobody has been refunded, and according to Coffeezilla (Stephen Findeisen) it seems like Logan Paul has no plan in place to ensure the refunds happen. Coffeezilla has been in constant contact with Logan Paul, sending three messages enquiring when a refund is likely to take place.
"Paul has not paid back his victims. He hasn't talked about it since he first announced he was going to pay them back. And what's worst of all, he doesn't seem to have a plan in place to refund anyone."
In February, March, and then again in June Coffeezilla sent messages to Logan Paul, none of which received a response in relation to the issue. After the third message was sent in June, Coffeezilla did finally get contact, but it was not from Logan Paul. Instead it was an email from a criminal defense lawyer who said the team is still working to "evaluate the best way to achieve this goal." It was also stated that if Coffeezilla had any further issues he should contact them directly, in other words to stop messaging Logan Paul about it.
Coffeezilla makes his point of how Logan Paul had claimed Coffeezilla should have reached out to him personally in the previous escapade between the two, and this time when Coffeezilla does just that he gets rebuffed by the legal team. The legal team have claimed that Logan Paul is committed to the process and that its a step in the right direction, but as Coffeezilla pointed out, its lacking a plan or a timeline for refunds. As noted by Coffeezilla:
"This is a statement you say when you have no plan or you are stalling."
Coffeezilla then points out how Logan Paul had a plan back in January, which was to refund the $1.8 million for those who did not wish to wait, but that plan seems to be gone out the window. At the same time, Logan Paul has been busy on his World Tour for "Prime," the energy drink which has taken the world by storm. Logan Paul has recently been on air bragging about how the drinks made $45 million in January 2023, so it seems difficult to comprehend how he does not have the $1.8 million to cover the costs of CryptoZoo as promised.
Coffeezilla also points out how Logan Paul is currently under a lawsuit as part of the CryptoZoo scandal, and that could be a good excuse as to why he has remained silent on the matter. However, he also points out that Logan Paul has used this excuse in the past and it did not work out then either. Coffeezilla points out that refunding anybody does not add anymore layer or work as an admission of guilt.
Coffeezilla ends by saying he is tired of waiting, as are many people, and ultimately has no more ideas of what to do. He has publicly flogged Logan Paul on multiple occasions now to no avail, and gives one final piece of advice. Its not worth his time to do it every six moths, so instead, he ended on this:
"Just please pay the people back what you owe, give them a real timeline, a real plan, and then we can all go back to pretending you've changed."

Logan Paul is not a popular boy with Coffeezilla, and it will be very interesting to see is there any response this time, or if the issue remains ignored.
