I've recently been writing about how to trade crypto. Due to the positive feedback that I've been receiving, I thought I'd write another trading related blog post.
In my previous blog post, I wrote about how to use Binance's trading dashboard/interface. In that post, there's a video I had created where I broke down the different options available on Binance's interface. Some of these functions include: stop limit, market order, OCO, and etc.
Again, the reason why I had created that video is because I know just how overwhelming and confusing those options can be to understand when you're just starting out; when Binance first released those features, I too was confused as to what their purpose were.
Anyways, I thought I'd continue writing about Binance's trading interface by explaining how to read a trading order book.
So what exactly is a trading order book?
A trading order book is a list of the limit orders that people have placed for both the buy and sell sides. The order book is always changing so I wouldn't necessarily use it solely for trading but it can help you out to see what people are thinking.
Here's a video I made that explains how to read a trading order book. I hope it better gives you an understanding.
