Google has been passive on the AI. Their current AI results are so boring and useless that even kids can pump out the better AI interface and the results. OpenAI and Claude has been ruling the world. And the way companies are growing lately while googles results in AI market has been subpar and not even economical for subscription either. 

However Sundar pichai has released a new notification related to the quantum chip. This chips is meant to revolutionize the AI efforts and also the AI results would improve with less mistakes. 

Willow is a quantum computing chip. And it feels like the quantum computing efforts have now speed up too. Compared to past, people thought thing would go slow instead things are speed up on the AI results and adoption. So google has something new to explore in this industry and resource wise this would be a future improvement. 

I think OpenAI has made lot of progress compared to Google. And the way AI and the llm models have improved the market and also made the automation and the work easier you would understand that google's slow efforts would take longer to manifest in the profit.
