If you are reading my content for some time now I am sure you have seen my coverage of the Gala games. Like Gala games, I thought why not cover some of the Animoca games. They seem to be turning out to be a good VC blockchain platform. And they are adding some really cool gaming titles into their platform. So today let's talk about one of their dark fantasy game called - The Red Village.
At first when you read the name and check the twitter, you'd feel like some Resident Evil, Village like feel but it's not like that. Here you are doing the PVP matches with other players and various types of the tournaments that you play. It's like mix of the MMORPG type summoning system in the game along with it's own competitive economy in it.
In the gameplay you are going to be using a champion and then doing the match against the enemy champion. You're going to be renting and the game economy runs on the same. You should consider the game to be pay to play and less of the free to play. You would find that like most of the league of legends type champion here too would require your champion to have some skills to gain some advantage in your fight.
You can take a look at the gameplay guide below which would help you understand how the gameplay works.
It's one game on Animoca so apart from being on the Polygon, it'd be possible that they may get the platform advantage, NFTs and the marketplace from the Animoca itself. So gamers and the game developer both parties are on the safe place.
In near future they are launching the DarkLands. That would be opening up the tournaments and possibly it would lead to the esports and the other marketplace activity once the game reaches some strong public sense of release.
