In India, blockchain adoption is going very strong. They do ban exchanges to force them to pay taxes. But now they are not your 2013's nation where they banned the crypto blindly. Instead they just want the exchanges to pay the taxes and open office in the nation if they want to o the business. Rest they are being open towards the blockchain. They have taken the govt data on blockchain especially Polygon. 

Now the companies like Tech mahindra are working on the metaverses, blockchain ledgers and other high quality projects which are bringing more crypto adoption. Recently one such project named Mahindra Lifespace has been deployed for the real estate experience. 

People love buying experience to be interactive. And VR can give them that. Mahindra has gone one step ahead and made a metaverse of the projects they work on. They created the metaverse virtual world where users can check the plots and the projects by going through the virtual tours and the metaverse experience. 

This goes to show that in near future people can check out the real estate project by visiting the places through the online metaverses. And this would get the people the type of experience they would love experiencing and watching as well. I know this may not be easy for the metaverse to maintain this on blockchain. But the metaverses can have this on private chains. 

Mahindra Lifespaces looks like a good project which would be making the Virtual world and real estate marry into the right conditions for the real estate sales. And this is a good direction they have taken. I am sure now in near future the wealthy builders would be doing this on their own projects too. It sounds like a good experience for metaverse builders.
