Otherdeed is having one of the upcoming updates on the NFTs of the Bored Ape Yacht club NFTs and the digitals assets. So they have the LAND based NFTs too. Some are pretty cool to hold onto considering they are from the authentic people who made the bored ape yacht club series of the NFTs and also there would be it's own LAND economy updates.

I feel that the land based game would be adding in some really good rewards into the metaverse too. Which would explain how some really good domino effect for the game developers who were trying hard over the years for making the use case for the bored ape set of NFTs.

Now there will be more updates on how the LAND economy would be helpful in terms of the use case and also the game around the NFTs would add some sort of the competitive spirit too.

I feel the otherside which is based on the Yuga labs effort is going to be successful as it is attached to Bored Yacht brand. And also the overall NFT to the gameplay based system seems like a good thing. Some of the really good NFT uses we would be seeing in this series of the metaverse that is coming out these days. I think it's worth keeping tab on the otherside and it's variety of new things coming in the updates.
