OpenVM: A Zero-knowledge Virtual Machine (zkVM) launched by Axiom

Axiom few days back has made an announcement of the zk VM they have created. So this new VM is going to be a good VM worth exploring on the zk, ISA and proof systems. So the tweet came out officially explaining the launch of the OpenVM.

This framework is focused on the modular nature of the VM and focused on the protocol which brings more scalable nature.

Three companies were involved in the growth of the VM which is axion, scroll and the collaborators like max gillet. Scroll has invested into it and they wish to bring the OpenVM through their release of the chain and their use case would be used in such way.

You can learn more about the open here. And you can also check out the docs for the openVM. This would give you an idea on how the blockchain and the VM would be making use of the same. I have kind of loved the open source implementations of the OpenVM. Hope it gets standardized soon the way it gets there.
