Few weeks back I got the message and also told that the lifpay wallet is being closed and they are going to issue refund based on the status of the wallet. Like you have to give them the proof of your wallet, your email address and also the screenshot of current balance. And they would initiate the process for refund. 

I sent them an email with the required details. And I got the refund initiated message like below. And it's not a lot maybe few dollars here and there. I am sure they will pass on. 

It was really a good product and the app was nicely designed with the nice little lightning network address too. So now the new rules under trump would kill some of the apps. And I am sure we have to find other networks and the apps which would be easier for accepting the lightning network address. 

That being said, as of now Zeus and the primal.net app is good for making use of the wallet. You also have the albyhub self host option where you can setup the hub on your own. And pay for cloud if you don't want technical hassle. So in short that would get most of the work done pretty nicely as well. 

I hope to get the refund with Lifpay, have you initiated refund if you had account with them in past?
