United kingdom has very strict rules on the crypto and the money laundering. Each year things are changing for them. Like each year they seem to have issues with the new criminals being added to the national issues.

FCA is an authority that keeps an eye on the financial frauds and the illegal happenings in the nation. Lately a lot of crypto issues are happening and the UK’s FCA is on the tail with variety of such issues.

Recently one bitcoin ATM was captured and the person who was running it has been arrested as well. So the ATM for the crypto is not really a legal thing there and yet it was created and hosted.

Even twitter started reporting about it in their tweets. And it seems this has a message being sent there.

Here the guy got caught and he was running multiple similar offenses. Like considering he is into the crypto he was also doing the money laundering. And there is also charge of the moving funds overseas which would classify outside the bypassing regulatory rules.

So in short the hammer for the arrest was coming to him. And it was kind of overdue. What the issue here is really is the amount of money they laundered and something they can’t recover anymore as the transactions are kind of done and there is nothing to track anymore.

Let’s where this type of crime does get caught and how it changes the narrative for the FCA and the UK’s citizens in the crypto space.
