India last year enforced all the exchanges including the forex and the crypto exchange to comply. And they asked the bybit to either comply or closed. At first these foreign companies thought India of some low level country and ignored. But knowing Binance like company had large Indian userbase and making money most of the exchanges are now complying. 

And that means Bybit has to comply too and they did. Now the partial resumption converted into the full resumption. Bybit managed to get the resumption to the exchange and the amount of the services properly handled there too. 

Now that they have resumed, this would open up one more place for the company to get the new customers and expand. It would be good for those traders in india who want to trade their stuff and regularly get the p2p funds in and out of the exchanges. 

Bybit is a good exchange especially for selling those altcoins and memecoins which regularly gets listed over here. And also the amount of the coins which are still listed there are good like Binance. I hope to get the exchange functional from this point onwards as well. I have also tried the exchange and it seems good for small use.
