I remember prior to the pandemic we had plenty of coworking spaces poping like mushrooms. And then pandemic happened and the people started taking those places seriously as well. So this is one of my interest as the market has been correcting to the remote working hybrid lifestyle. 

Slowly the working places around the world are changing. Instead of office, people are finding their own spaces to work. And that freedom of working from anywhere and the remote work has helped a lot.

Over a period of time the workspace and the startup hubs are developing around the work. Wework is the most known brand in this space. And they seem to be doing pretty well off in this space.
