In crypto, things move fast. Markets are open 24/7, and one piece of news can make the market go crazy. We’ve seen that with the Ethereum ETFs, so it’s important to always be aware. In this article, I’m going to show you my favorite sites to keep up with the very volatile crypto market.
Coingecko
Coingecko is a site that allows you to find a lot of information about all major projects and even very small caps. I mostly use it to keep track of the prices and movements of important crypto:
It’s very easy to use and shows important information for most of the projects, such as the total supply, the market cap, the whitepaper (if there is one), and much more:
There is also a possibility to create a portfolio where you can put your investments to follow them or to follow certain tokens only.
Of course, there are other alternatives to Coingecko, such as CoinMarketCap. However, since the beginning of my journey, I have used Coingecko. It has become an everyday habit, to be honest.
Tradingview
Tradingview is a site where you can find the charts of the prices of a lot of assets, including stocks, bonds, commodities, forex, and of course, crypto.
I mostly use Tradingview to do technical analysis. There is access to a variety of indicators, and it’s really easy to use and personalize.
There is also the economic calendar so you can be prepared for the news that will move the market :
Twitter (X)
To have the latest news, Twitter is a must. However, there are a lot of fake news and scams, so it’s important to verify the source. We saw the fake news about the approval of the BTC ETFs in October, just one day before the real approval.
