Clearly, 2019 is a little late to be getting involved with faucets - I could have been hoovering up free satoshis for years.
As prices have gone up, the amounts you can claim for free have gone down. That's a fact.
There's still, however, a lot of value in using Faucets if you are smart about it.
I'll go into detail below about the Faucets I'm using to boost my Coinbase balance:
The Best Free Cryptocurrency Faucets:
You don't want to waste your time with scams, massive withdrawal thresholds and other hazards and neither do I, so I've scoured the net for the fastest, most legitimate free to use crypto faucets that I can confirm have contributed to my Coinbase wallet holdings.
In no particular order and without further ado:
The only faucet to have a very good mobile app, Cointiply allows you to store up reserves of both Bitcoin and Dogecoin.
You can earn via their faucet, PTC ads, videos and by completing offers.
Without using offers, I have quickly amassed a few dollars and am now receiving 5% interest on my holdings.
You'll need to create a verified account, but this faucet is from a legitimate exchange and features useful educational videos and articles that reward you 80 satoshis for spending a minute on.
You can do this five times a day, and the withdrawal limit is a relatively low 10000 satoshis. I am currently storing them up, waiting for BTC to increase in value before I withdraw.
The faucet you can see in the image above, Fire Faucet starts out with pretty low earnings, but can be left running in the background and you will rapidly increase in levels, rewarding you with BTC satoshis each time.
These quickly add up, and can conveniently be converted into other currency and withdrawn into your Faucet Pay account of your wallet for a higher withdrawal amount.
The MoonFaucets:
You know the ones - they all link to your CoinPot account: MoonDoge, MoonCash, MoonDash, MoonBit and MoonLite.
These faucets can earn you a lot if you use them the right way and don't get banned for suspected or actual fraud.
BitFun and Bonus Bitcoin:
These also link to your CoinPot and give a relatively good amount of BTC satoshis compared to the other faucets.
One of my favourite faucets that links to your FaucetPay account, Koiniom will quickly get you to 10c that you can add to your other balances.
CoinBulb is a low-paying faucet that is best only used in conjunction with the other faucets to top up your FaucetPay holdings.
What to do with your earnings:
This is super important so you don't get banned for fraud: DON'T SEND ALL YOUR EARNINGS TO THE SAME WALLET.
By all means, you should convert much of your earnings into the same currency, but don't deposit all of it from multiple sources into a single wallet.
CoinPot detects this quickly and will suspend your account and you'll lose everything, don't take the risk with the other accounts.
Also, as tempting as it may be, don't refer yourself via multiple email addresses, they will find out.
This is your opportunity to make a lot of free crypto, but you need to do it legitimately without trying to game the system.
You can easily end up with over $10 dollars a month if you do this right using the crypto faucets above.
I'm sure I've missed some and I'm happy to update this post over time, so let me know in the comments!
Thanks for reading.
