The ACK consortium has been around for a while as both a PFP project and a vibrant community on Discord tied to the WAX Blockchain game, Thrive on Mars.

Time to Get Digging
However, Now ACK has launched their own play to earn game, MMU ACK Consortium Mining, specifically tied to their PFP NFTs and additional mining tools that are a must. Players utilize the PFP and up to three tools at a time to earn resources and ACK token. Additionally, players can own land units in the game for resource income, especially when the land is upgraded (with resources and ACK, of course). So, a player can earn right away, or they can reinvest and earn more down the road with higher regular returns, (presumably).

The MMU game has already gone through a number of updates and enhancements, the latest of which is newly-formatted tool NFT images as well as sound embedded actions. However, what's more interesting is the hunt for resources. Each land section has a limited amount of ACK and resources. From there, it dwindles down over time when mined. The owner and other players can mine the plots for income, depleting the resources over time. This creates the need for upgrading to stay viable as well as to raise income for more plots. The land availability then spreads out. Additionally, lands are not transferable; they stay with the player who bought them in-game.
Right now the game is really thriving and rewarding early entry players noticeably. In addition, the value of ACK token has skyrocketed due to needing it for being able to purchase land and tools. No other token works.
Kind of Beta Version Play
Since the game is only in its initial phase right now, a good amount of input is being provided by early players for possible enhancements and gameplay changes down the road. Additionally, things will get juicier with the new problem of tool decay over time as well, requiring repair costs. So, there's a good amount of strategy going on about whether one stacks, upgrades, sells or what not preparing for phase 2.
There are still a few whale packages for tool combos available on the initial project drops, found on NeftyBlocks, but they are going quick. Additionally, the ACK Alien PFPs are starting to run low on their respective drop as well. Once that happens, and if the token and resources continue to deliver, one can expect both alien and tool NFTs to creep up in value due to ongoing game demand, but that's just a possibility (NFA).
Jumping In Full Throttle
Want to catch up on the MMUy3rew2edw2r game efficiently? First get at least 10 ACK Aliens. Then choose a tool pack; remember each Alien can handle up to 3 tools a 24 hour mining turn. Then use WaxonEdge to stack up on needed resources which are traded in various LPs accessible on WaxonEdge.

Move them into the game with the in-game transfer tool in the top left of the screen. See my other article on the WaxonEdge tool and how powerful it is too.
Good luck mining!
