I was introduced to $FARM through my brother's work (yes, the one and only PVMihalache), as he showed me the de(gen) farming. This was how i found about Harvest Finance, and since then i participated to every contest they made, sometimes winning, sometimes not, but enjoying it and putting in the effort every time. And i must to admit that every participant is quite inspired and providing high quality content. As I surprised Santa getting a quick look at the FARM website to see the pools, i got ready with the stockings.
That's why this time i tried something different, giving a new meaning to the catchphrase #BreadForThePeople. I do not know how is this happening in your house, but for my (extended) family, at home, buying bread is complicated stuff, as each of us prefer some different kind of bread. I do not know why i was thinking at the harvest. Harvest.finance, to be exact. So, as i was prepared the gifts to be put under the tree, i decided to put an end to the dispute, and for each of us to get their favorite bread. Not only that, i was also making it a bit more festive. The association with the harvest.finance is obvious, and even more, I used the 50$ winnings from the last $FARM contest to buy the gifts. Of course, let's set the mood with a meme.
These are the pictures, as I was working out to get my surprise gesture finished, before everyone is coming back home from the farm. Not my farm, the farm where we buy our Christmas Tree. So, i got one ready for each family member.
Then i let Santa to put the gifts inside the stockings.
On top of this, there is everyone favourite kind of bread, fresh from the oven. Everybody got one, this year was a year where everybody patience was tested, so there is no naughty list. Everybody got something.
All good in the end, but when the children looked at them stockings, one of them asked:
What is it with the bread? Where are the sweets?
So i explained to everybody what's happening.
It is not like it is written! one of them mumbled, and then i had an idea. Everybody participated as soon as i got the paper and the scissors ready. Even the cat lended up a hand, pardon me, a paw, playing with the leftover bits of paper. We had great fun. And the final result was this:
A perfect end of the day, with the Christmas tree up, and everything was right in our world. The only thing funnier than this? Check this out!
So, after all these, a nice glass of Margarita is well deserved.
