After a Year of Crypto, I Checked Mine Again. I Wasn’t Ready for It.

I no longer keep an eye on my crypto.

Before, I was addicted. Checking every hour and every time there was a dip.

It wasn’t healthy.

So I stopped.

A year passed.

Yesterday, I checked my crypto in my wallet.

I had heart palpitations.

I thought I’d completely lost everything.

Instead, I was up 40%.

I couldn’t believe it.

I didn’t do anything. Trading. Panic selling or buying at the peaks?

Nope, just hold.

And my crypto increased.

All the stress I used to have? Checking, worrying and being afraid of losing my money?

Useless.

Market does what it wants even while you sleep.

But I learned one lesson.

You don’t need to watch it all the time.

Just buy, hold and live your life.

Come back after some time.

You’ll be surprised.

I was.
