UKRAINE . On the battlefield, the USA and the EU support Kiev - sorry, I did schools in the 90s - against Moscow. But lately, both Putin and Trump are accusing Zelensky and the EU of sabotaging possible peace talks. And we intervened to force a peace talk! at least that 's what they told us in Italy.
The good Donald has clearly won the gold for "best special operation" in VENEZUELA. Unfortunately for him, he was able to piss off Russia - they Special op. is pathetic now-, China and most of Europe.
If Ukraine is a war disguised as a special operation, then Gaza is a special operation disguised as a war. The USA is as supportive of ISRAEL as it possibly can be - bombed reporters are an acceptable collateral, prosthetic legs are very good these days-. Europe, meanwhile, is in full schizophrenia mode: some countries are licking Tel Aviv’s a... pardon, uncritically aligning with Tel Aviv, others are condemning war crimes, and everyone pretends this is normal foreign policy.
Russia, historically on good terms with Israel, now looks increasingly uncomfortable, with IRAN openly in the crosshairs and the USA/ISRAEL coalition flirting with the idea of direct bombardment. That would seriously upset China - the dragon has been quite lethargic regarding Venezuela and the recent American operations in Africa -, Russia, and a sizable chunk of Europe. Please Donald, no!
And Finally... the place where alliances flip upside down: GREENLAND!
Trump’s renewed desire to “get” Greenland - one way or another - has created real friction with the usually always aligned UK, forced the EU to at least pretend to act, and even earned condemnation from Russia, now suddenly ready to support its European enemies against the USA, would they decide to really take action.
