I posted my review of one of my favorite play-to-earn apps, COIN, about two months ago. And, if you're paying attention to the app at all, you may have been pleasantly surprised by the recent price increase of it's native coin, XYO, over the last week or so.

COIN has long offered users a chance to earn more by utilizing one of their two SentinelX devices, but buying them outright on the website was a pricey prospect - the NFC device is currently retailing just under $50 USD. And, occasionally, I'd see ads for free SentinelX NFC cards (used to boost rewards by 12x for free users, or by 10% for all paying plans) with a 'just pay shipping!' tagline...but shipping, for my location at least, was hovering just under $13 USD. While a much better price than the original retail cost, I still wasn't convinced it would be worth the expense.
Now, COIN is running a deal where you can get a SentinelX NFC device for only $0.95 USD shipping. That's the kind of price I can get behind, so I went ahead and ordered one to try out. If you're also a fan of the COIN app and have been eyeing the SentinelX NFC, now might be the best time to get one. The webpage does not list a date that this promotion will be ending, but I imagine it won't last too long.
(Of note: the order form automatically opts you in for a three-day Pro trail, so be sure to uncheck the box if you're not interested in that to avoid any unwanted charges.)
So, what do you think? Will you take the risk of $0.95 with me?
