There have been reports of Radiant Capital being exploited and inconsistent information coming from Radiant while talking to the hacker.
Radiant is hiding hack
Radiant Capital claims their new USDC market at Arbiturm has been temporarily stopped to fix some problems and that the funds are not at risk. It appears even more suspicious because the social media account has removed the posts that contained information regarding hacking and restricted comments to itself.
Experts confirm the hack
Multiple entities have confirmed the exploit and urged people to revoke their assets from Radiant for safety. According to the reports, Ethereum tokens worth $4.5 million are believed to have been hacked. Radiant might be afraid of losing users because this is the second biggest hack in January 2024.
Disparity and Request Attempt
Radiant Capital is in an attempt to retrieve its tokens; they have mailed to the hacker's address requesting to communicate with them as a "white hat" or "grey hat," meaning Radiant Capital will get back its assets and the hacker will be rewarded for finding the bug. It seems Radiant is trying to make a peace attempt.
