While the Cryptoverse is moving ahead, somewhere sleeping dinosaurs are waking up and selling their kiss and fossils.
I present two examples of this here.
Bitcoin Sleeping Beauty & Ethereum Dinosaur.
Bitcoin Sleeping Beauty
I mentioned it as sleeping beauty because a BTC wallet, which had been dormant for 11 years (sleeping), and was containing 357 BTC (beauty), suddenly awakened only to transfer Bitcoins to another address. Here beauty is also gone with the sleep.
Ethereum Dinosaur
I mentioned that whale a dinosaur because this whale received 200k ETH from the Ethereum genesis block in 2015 (now all that is extinct in the ETH 2.0 era). Now the whale has only 7,594 ETH left in the address; call it selling its fossil, because the rest of the ETH is dumped to the centralised KYC exchange Kraken.
Complex Determination
I don't know why whales are dumping; ETH whales cannot mine it, but they should be staking. BTC mining is also very hard, but a whale could have HODLed.
Cryptoverse unmoved by Whale Dumping
This act of these whales (dumping) does not cause any harm to the Cryptoverse; if there is any harm, then it is to the holders who adopt the policy of selling instead of using.
