Kaizen is a term of Japanese origin that is made up of 2 words: Kai (Change) and Zen (Good), which translates as "Change for the Better" or "Continuous Improvement".

Kaizen is a work philosophy that emerged in the business field (related to production efficiency and quality management). However, its use has extended to other areas of professional and personal life. Thus, as part of the widespread use of Kaizen, its management philosophy is used for the purposes of Personal Growth.
