Finding a P2P trader is as easy as selecting a order post from the sell section for Bitcoin. But in order to have a smooth trade, here as some things you need to consider like finding the best order, checking the trade requirements etc.
Let jump right into all that.
Take a look at the picture below;

Let’s explain the details highlighted in the picture and how it can help you find the right trader to trade with.
1. Price: This price tag that the trader has set to sell a quantity of the asset you want to sell. From the picture above, the first trader Holandhorla has set his price to buy 1 BTC at #24,759,315.73
2. Available: This simply means the quantity of BTC that the trader is willing to buy from traders like you wanting to sell their BTC. From the picture, you can notice that the first trader Holandhorla is ready to buy 4.79233025BTC.
3. Limits: This represents the range of order amount that the trader is willing to buy. From the picture, you can also notice that the first trader Holandhorla is ready to buy BTC worth from #850,000 up till $1,000,000. So if the quantity of your BTC you want to sell isn’t in that range, he can not buy from you, so you may need to find another trader that your sales amount falls within his limits.
4. Number of Trade Orders and Completion rate: This is the number of trade orders completed by the trader and how much percentage of successful completion the trader has. It is usually best to choose a merchant with a very high no of trades completed and most importantly with a completion rate close to 100% to avoid selection of an unserious trader who may delay your time.
5. Trader Profile: It is best to check the trader Profile to have a preview of who the Trader is and what means to payment he uses, if he has competed KYC and so on. This helps to build trust in the trader.
6. Trader Reviews: This helps you to successfully select a trader, since many positive reviews means the trader is honest and ready to do business.
Other details to pay attention to involves; the trader stated requirements to start a trade with you and any other criteria he needs you to meet before initiating a sell order for your BTC.
Once all these considerations have been met with your full consent to trade. You can go ahead to click the selected trader and place a sell of your BTC.
Note that before you click on sell, you should use the Transfer option in your Spot wallet to move the BTC you want to sell to Funding, so that it will appear in the P2P section. If you have done this; you can go ahead to click on Sell to initiate the sales of your BTC.
Once the trader receives your order, you can use the chat option in the platform to communicate with the trader to endure a smooth transaction and when you have received the agreed value of cash or Naira in your bank account selected as the payment method, it is now your turn to release the sold BTC to the trader by clicking the release button and answering the question to confirm you have received funds in your bank account.
Next is to receive a one time password or OTP code from Binance on your device, input the code and BOOM- you have released the BTC to the trader and have received value for the BTC. Hence you have sold and completed a trade selling your BTC to receive Naira in your Bank account that you can withdraw if you need the Fiat currency in hand.
