Cryptocurrencies “Digital Gold”: Top 2 For Grandiose Earnings

Cryptocurrencies “Digital Gold”: Top 4 For Grandiose Earnings

Exactly NINE YEARS separates us from the moment when Satoshi Nakamoto introduced the idea of “digital gold” (a peer-to-peer electronic cash system) to the community. On October 31, 2008, the dizzying success story of the first cryptocurrency BTC (Bitcoin) began.
A certain citizen (by the way, there are very fantastic ideas that he was not a man at all, but for example ... .II), let's call him SASTOSHI, proposed a system for receiving and paying payments without involving FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS (Central Bank goodbye, “Partial Reservation” goodbye, freaks bankers who steal our money, goodbye). What made this possible? Due to two things:

• Information about all transactions is stored in the system (blockchain technology)
• This information is stored by all participants in the system (decentralization)

In such a scheme, there is no need for intermediaries or financial institutions because you can transfer money directly. In addition, since all information is transparent (the history of all transactions), then you do not need to be afraid that you will be deceived.

At first, this technology took root for a very long time. For several years, bitcoin created on this technology was trading for mere pennies (for one dollar you could buy 1000-1500 BTC). Now, in its 9 years, Bitcoin has broken the ceiling of $ 6.400 per coin and continues to grow. This is due to the fact that more and more people are starting to use this cryptocurrency as a means of payment or as a means of accumulation. The more real money that enters the system, the higher the capitalization (now it is already more than 100 yards), the more expensive each coin is. And this process promises only to be accelerated because now only about 3 million people use the coin. However, in the next 5 years, this number may increase to 200 million people. How much will cryptocurrency cost in the future? 10.000 ... .100.000 $ .... more? And how risky is it at all? Maybe this is a pyramid? Well ... let me try to answer these questions and at the same time tell you about the best, in my opinion, currencies for investment.

Bitcoin (BTC) 30% dfc74f78e16115fa7a8c9d5c4c925d335b2746917b27a5fffe8fa3cae3a5283a.jpeg

Bitcoin among all cryptocurrencies, it's like a dollar among traditional currencies. It is clearly considered the most promising currency for investment. Bitcoin is the very first currency based on the blockchain system. Its capitalization has exceeded 100 yards and it is in first place both in price and in perspective. At the moment, Bitcoin is trading at around $ 6.500 per coin and is recognized as legal tender in JAPAN and KOREAN.
30% of my investment portfolio consists of BITCOIN. Why do I believe in his growth? Because if Bitcoin is recognized as legal tender, or if it is put on traditional exchanges of valuable assets, then its price can easily reach $ 100,000 per coin. Google is embedding bitcoin in its payment API, and Amazon may soon start accepting payments in this currency.
Why not invest all your money in bitcoin? Because this cryptocurrency has, in addition to advantages, disadvantages:

• “Heavy” code and Low network bandwidth of the Bitcoin network (more and more and more difficult to transfer them from one user to another, time is dragging out, it is not profitable to make small transactions).
• More than 60% of computing nodes (miners) are in China, i.e. this is contrary to the logic of decentralization. The coin is very dependent on the Chinese government. The recent collapse of the course was connected precisely with the ban on exchanges in the PRC.
• Bitcoin emission is limited to 21 million coins. I think that for the growth of any economy, money is needed. If we use the deflationary model, the economy will stagnate. From this point of view, limited emissions are not always good.
• Satoshi Nakomoto holds about 1 million military-technical equipment. If he comes out of the shadow, he will seriously depreciate the coin.

Ethereum (ETH) Ether 20%

The concept of this cryptocurrency was created by a Canadian of Russian origin - Vitalik Buterin. This year, the value of the coin moved from $ 8 to $ 400, which, as you know, is not a bad result. The air "weighs" about 18 yards of greenery and confidently takes the second place after capitalization after bitcoin.
20% of my investment portfolio is Ether. I believe that this currency has a lot of growth prospects. Why?

• Air is primarily a platform (and not just a currency) for creating decentralized services based on the blockchain. In a way, it's like html for internet sites. Only we do not create sites, but different projects based on the blockchain. All ICOs that are now attracting so much attention are based on open source software that provides broadcasting.
• This currency does not conflict with governments, but cooperates with them. For example, Sberbank is actively collaborating with a platform for the development of useful technologies in the field of finance and smart contracts.
• Air is easier and faster when compared with bitcoin. Buterin developed it later than Bitcoin was invented and therefore eliminated a number of cant
