Hello, i have read alot of post's and watched many videos about mining but most of them are professional and most are expensive rigs.
Not many people talk about their experience at the beginning. In this post i will write about my experience at mining.
I started mining 3 months ago,i bought 4xRX580 4GB Saphire Nitro rig.

I bought it already set for ETH mining. But i didn't know the temp GPU's had to be on to last longer so i kept them at 58-59C, because i have seen posts that those temp are ok.
I have i friend that started few years before me so i reached out, that's when i found out that those temps are too high. Good temps are from 43C to 48C and best temps are from 36C to 39C.
So i had to get more cooling, and as a solution i got myself a fan and set it up next to the rig, but i'm looking to add coolers on top of the rig and remove that extra fan because it cant keep up and is starting to fail.
People say mining is plug it in and mine, while the reality is you have to watch that temp don't go to high and that your program is running smooth, mine wasn't so i had to go from ETH to XHV. That resulted in drop for 92$ a month to 50$ a month now.
There is still alot that i have to learn, but i'm taking it day by day and ill try my best.
Thanks to all that are reading and i hope it helps a little.
I will keep writing about my experience as i progress and share any insight.
Never give up. Best wishes to all that read this.
