Sorare Play2Earn Football Fantasy Game | The Journey Continues

I am getting more serious about playing the Sorare.com NFT Fantasy Football Game this new football season and will be keeping track of my personal activity in this series of posts.

I continue to have a lot of fun with this Fantasy Football game and for now, it's all new and exciting enough to make a weekly update report. Over time, I will likely make this into a monthly thing.

Game Week 292 Review

I had some new players to put in my team in particular Habib Gueye who is the main Striker from Kortrijk. There were some injury rumors so I replaced him with Koita who ended up doing much better as Gueye is still looking for his best form after a long injury. Main AA Gent Striker Tissoudali who likely would have still made a transfer and is out which should now make Lemajic their main striker. His value went up from 12.37€ which I paid last week to now going for 19.20€ and I wouldn't be surprised if he plays in the starting team now and starts scoring that it will get quite a bit higher.

I scored 261.82 points this week which was 15.41 points more compared to last week. I was 107.93 points away from a top 400 spot. This was still 66.66 points away from a spot that earns a prize but it should certainly be possible as 2 players scored really bad and I still have a lot of bonus % to gain which increases as the players are being fielded.

New Player Purchases

I picked up 1 player last week purely with an eye to sell later on for a bit more:

Vadis Odidja: I only paid 3.86€ for Odidja who is rather old at 32 years while he also has been sensitive to injuries. He was recently back on the bench and when he plays for AA Gent, he tends to always be one of the best performing players. So I'm expecting him to get back in the team, put up some good performances which should increase the demand making the price go to at least 10€ or more

Season 2021-2022 Week 3 Line-Up

I will be playing the same lineup to last week in the Europe Challenger which I consider as my main league.

My Backup team which has no chance because the goalkeeper doesn't play should help the other players get some bonus %. I am looking to get more cards including a goalkeeper that eventually should play in order to properly enter this league also.

Short-Term Trading Purchases

Vadis Odidja 3.86€

I will keep track of my trades and see if I can make some actual profit this way. I don't think there are any trading fees at the moment which makes it quite interesting.

Conclusion

I'm right now actually at an overall profit based on the current player prices and I'm having a lot of fun with Sorare at the moment. It is quite deceptive as similar to Splinterlands, spending money doesn't necessarily mean that you are losing as it is possible to sell your collection on the market possibly for more if you play it right.
