The Unfluencerᵀᴹ LinkedIn group does not have a large number of members. But the latent power of the Unfluencers is mightier than just a number.
-
That is true because the Unfluencers always try to help each other. The Unfluencers don't hesitate to agree to disagree.
-
The Unfluencers write counter comments with respect. The Unfluencers believe in ethics and integrity.
That is why the influence of the Unfluencers remains rather silent. The Unfluencers draw soft and spontaneous impressions on social media.
Can the introverted character of the Unfluencers work?
-
In the first six months, during June - Nov 2015, the group had barely 500+ members and still was getting quite impressive engagements.
-
LinkedIn was experiencing the good old days of publishing, which was then a relatively new phenomenon.
The Unfluencers group characteristic was quickly noticed by Cheryl Snapp Conner, the CEO of SnappConner PR, Creator of Content University™, Entrepreneur Contributor, Author, and Speaker. Cheryl Snapp Conner featured the Unfluencers group in a Forbes Entrepreneur Channel article in Dec 2015.

Authenticity remains the trademark trait the Unfluencers (must) possess
-
Publishing an article or a short post on LinkedIn or any other space in social media is not a difficult task.
-
The more difficult task is to share genuine insights and reply to all the comments.
-
Getting more comments is not easy, but it becomes a problem to reply to hundreds of comments.
The Unfluencers always try to share genuine texts and reply to all comments.
-
Because it is better to agree to disagree rather than disagree to agree.
This fact was explained clearly in Cheryl Snapp Conner's second Forbes article on the Unfluencers in Jan 2016.
Freedom of speech is available in abundance in the Unfluencers group
-
Freedom of speech should be available everywhere including social media.
-
It is available in abundance in the Unfluencers group.
-
But the members treat everybody with dignity and respect.
-
Political and religious topics should be avoided in the group.
-
The members won't hurt others, because they are humane and kind.
