You were warned, everybody was waiting for it, everybody was hoping it, and it happened : $ETH has started its takeoff and nobody knows where it will stop.
3 000$ mark was a formality
Ethereum token has often showed some resistance mark : its 2018 ATH, 2 000 $, but now the rocket is on its way, and the 3 000 $ mark was nothing for the second cryptocurrency marketcap value in the crypto environment. On Twitter, everybody is making his guess about the future prize of Ethereum with different opinions but I've only seen optimistic ones, of course.
Here are two examples, and as you probably understand, those people are way more expert than me in this environment. That's why I'm pretty bullish on ETH too.
Eth 2.0 is the game-changer
Ethereum blockchain is overloaded, and it has always been the main problem for its environment since the beginning of the bullrun. However, the project is currently preparing a switch from PoW to PoS in order to reduce the gas fees on the blockchain.
Indeed, if the prize is rising, it is also maybe related with the fact that more than 4 million ETH are locked in the staking "Phase 0" of ETH 2.0. It is worth more than 12 million $.
If ETH2.0 delivers on its promises with quick and heap transactions, I think $ETH tokens will continue to have a growing prize.
