There are already plenty of experiments with UBI in Europe, America and also in Africa, the latter has received a UBI in a small village with 1500 people and after 2 years you look to see what happened to the people there and whether it improves, worsens or still worse nothing has changed.
In the village where you received UBI every month, the economic output increased and prosperity was seen and neighboring villages also improved economically than the more distant villages.
