We've all been judged by others at some point in our lives. Sometimes those judgments hurt us, especially when they're unjustified. It's natural to feel angry or misunderstood.
But here is where an important lesson emerges.
Honestly, we can't control what others think of us. Likewise, we often judge others without even realizing it. Sometimes we see someone's appearance, their actions, or something they do, and we immediately form an opinion about them.
In the same way, others may misjudge us. It's not always because they want to hurt us, but sometimes simply because they don't fully understand us.
Judging is part of human nature. Everyone has the right to form their own opinion.
So, what should we do when people call us bad, insult us, or even spread lies about us?
The ultimate response is silence.
Silence doesn't mean weakness. Silence means awareness. It means understanding that people have the right to think whatever they want.
If others are free to judge you, then you are free to choose how you respond to them.
You can't control your environment, and you can't control other people's opinions, but you can always control yourself.
So keep doing good. Stay calm. Stay friendly.
Because in the end, goodness always comes back to those who continue to practice it.
