Exalted [GHUB]BurgerLand Kings and Queens,
Regarding transparancy of Burgerland Crypto Dividends, regular updates about the total DAI and total Resources (RSS) will be given here.
Since there has been no physical changes on the BurgerLands since yesterday's update we will go straight ahead to the stats of day 35:

To make it somewhat more clear what the changes have been since yesterday, here is an overview of day 34 (left) and day 35 (right).
A very strong total increase of 2.5879 DAI! Our level 6 BurgerLand 1 is slacking in dev points, which is not strange since most have moved towards BurgerLand 2 and 7 because of their central position, but taking down a nice 0,4431 daily DAI dividend due its strong 95k+ dev points. Not bad having levelled two more level 5's since not only their dev points are increasing nicely - see 800+ dev points for BurgerLand 2 and 4 - they are also making nice amounts of daily DAI (0.3192/0.245/0.2047).

A total of 14.4076 DAI after 9 days since the last payday gives us an average of about 1.6 DAI per day. This would mean a monthly DAI income of about 48 DAI, totalling at a yearly 576 DAI. Looking at the stats of Land prices at NFTBank.ai it is hard to make an estimate of Land prices.

Looking at Opensea at the moment of writing, the cheapest level 6 is 2.5 ETH, cheapest level 5 is 0.6 ETH and the cheapest level 4 is 0.22 ETH. This would total the 14 BurgerLands at 6.5 ETH.
Saying ETH is about 430, BurgerLands would roughly be worth 2795$ with a yearly income of 576 DAI - based upon our last 9 days average daily DAI estimations. ROI'ing at about 20%. Kingdoms can now freely earn 80% of those dividends by helping develop the BurgerLands, and will receive a splash of profits when Lands are sold. It would however be a nice idea to tokenize the Lands and start giving the choice to turn dividends into BurgerLands (revenue) ownership, and thereby also creating the chance for people to support BurgerLands without having to play LoK. It is still a rough plan but ideas and suggestions are welcome. One big fun experiment. This was your regular BurgerLand update, thanks for stopping by.
Stay crispy and fresh,
BurgerB out.
