Let’s be honest—half the Web3 crowd is out here *farming points*, *minting random NFTs*, and *spamming Farcaster* just for that sweet “maybe one day” airdrop.

ZK this, modular that, blah blah blah... but deep down we’re all like:

“Yo, is this gonna get me a 4-figure drop or nah?”

I’m not even mad. Respect the hustle.

But at the same time... are we really building the future or just doing digital scratch cards?

Bro, every week there’s a new L2 launch. One’s “super fast,” the other is “truly decentralized,” another one is “fully EVM-compatible but not really.” And they all drop native tokens 3 months later like it’s a trend.

Can we just agree that most people don’t care *how* it works, they just want:

👉cheap fees

👉 fast swaps

👉 no rugpulls

👉maybe a cool meme mascot

That’s it. Give the people what they want.

DAOs? Still Confusing. Still Cool. 🧠

DAOs had a glow-up, not gonna lie. Tools are better, vibes are more serious, and some are actually *doing stuff*. But also… nobody reads the proposals. Everyone just votes based on emojis and vibes.

We need DAO TikToks or something. Governance is broken and boring.

Farcaster, Lens, Nostr... cool experiments. But let’s keep it a buck—most normies are still on Instagram watching cat reels. Until you can onboard your cousin without explaining private keys, seed phrases, and gas fees, it’s gonna stay niche.

Maybe it's time to stop saying that and just focus on building stuff people actually use "without needing a MetaMask tutorial and 16 tabs open".
