Today I will share a very interesting and useful recipe with you. Sajna is very useful for all of us. And the sajna rhizomes are not always available. Sometimes when they are available in the market, they are very expensive. We bought it yesterday. Although this is the second time I cooked it like this. It was very tasty to eat. Today I will share that recipe with you. When I cooked it before, I cooked it with lentils and cooked it very thickly. However, last night I cooked the fish head and belly parts with fish.
First, I cut the sajna rhizomes into small pieces. Then I mixed the necessary ingredients together. I washed the sajna rhizomes well.
Then while cooking these sajna, I fried them well in oil with tomato, garlic paste in a frying pan.
After that, I ground them well with turmeric powder, chili powder and ground them well with the fish.
Then I ground the sajna rhizomes in the fish and ground them well with a little water. Then I added a lot of water again so that it boiled well and then drained it completely.
