First of all, I would like to thank @afzalqamar for organizing such a beautiful contest. Any food made at home is always much healthier and nutritious. We eat ketchup with various snacks or spicy snacks. However, if this ketchup is made at home, it tastes much better. Apart from that, it does not contain any harmful ingredients, but rather contains some good ingredients that are very beneficial for our body. In this course, I have made ketchup many times, as shown in making ketchup with tomatoes and garlic and some other domestic ingredients. But again, I got the opportunity to present it beautifully to everyone. Both tomatoes and garlic are very beneficial for our body. And this is a ketchup to preserve. By making it, everyone, young and old, can enjoy its taste. If you make it at home like this instead of eating market-bought ketchup, then its taste will be good as well as its health value will be good. Anyway, without further ado, let's start my recipe today.

Ingredients required for making Herbal Tomato ketchup .

Ingredients Quantity Tomato 300 gram Sugar 1 Tablespoon Water 1cup Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Chili flex 1 Teaspoon Garlic 7 cloves Vinegar 1/3 cup

Step-1

First, I washed the tomatoes thoroughly and then cut them into thin slices.

Step-2

I took a cup of water in a pan. Then I added the tomatoes. Along with this, I added the garlic cloves and then continued cooking.

Step-3

Now I cooked them for a while. When everything was soft, I took it off the stove and let it cool a bit. Then I put it in a blender and made a really good paste.

Step-4

Now I took this paste again in a pan. Then I added chili flakes, salt, and sugar.

Step-5

At this stage, I added a little vinegar. Then, stirring well, I cooked it until it thickened. When it was done cooking, I took it off the heat. Now, while it was still hot, I poured it through a very dry sieve and sieved it in a dry bowl.

Final result

Later, I decorated them and then stored them in a well-dried glass jar.
