XDC Network Masternode Holders 2026: Institutions list Supporting XDC Network Consensus via Masternode

XDC Network Masternode Holders 2026: Institutions list Supporting XDC Network Consensus via Masternode

XDC Network's validator ecosystem is attracting increasing participation from established financial institutions, blockchain infrastructure providers, technology companies and digital asset platforms.

Note: These are organisations publicly named in the official directory. Their listing should not be interpreted as proof that each currently operates an active validator independently or that each has a separately identifiable 10-million-XDC stake.

2. Additional Publicly Announced Institutional Validators

Some organizations have publicly announced their masternode or validator participation through their own announcements or XDC Network communications.

These confirmations are particularly important because they provide more direct evidence than simply appearing in an ecosystem directory.

Animoca Brands

On 19 May 2026, Animoca Brands announced that it had joined XDC Network as a strategic validator and would operate masternodes.

The announcement highlighted its participation in securing the network and supporting institutional blockchain infrastructure.

InvestaX

On 22 June 2026, InvestaX announced that it had become an XDC Network masternode validator.

The company operates a regulated real-world asset tokenization platform and described its validator participation as an extension of its involvement in XDC's RWA infrastructure.

IXS

IXS publicly announced its entry into the XDC Network validator set on 22 June 2026.

The announcement confirmed that IXS operates a masternode to help validate transactions and secure the network.

SettleMint

SettleMint announced its strategic master node validator participation on 16 June 2026.

The announcement described its role in supporting institutional-grade tokenization, regulated digital assets and RWA infrastructure on XDC.

RedStone and Credora

RedStone announced its participation as an institutional masternode validator, together with Credora by RedStone.

The XDC Foundation's June 2026 weekly update also specifically identified Credora Network alongside RedStone in its validator ecosystem announcement.

Blueprint and Hivemind Digital Group

XDC Network publicly welcomed Blueprint and Hivemind Digital Group as institutional validators.

Both organizations announced that they would operate masternodes to help secure XDC Network and validate transactions.

The official directory uses the names Blueprint and Hivemind Capital, respectively. These should be treated as naming variations until their legal entity relationships are confirmed.

Hex Trust

On 3 August 2026, Hex Trust announced that it had joined XDC Network as an institutional masternode validator.

Its announcement confirmed that it would operate a masternode, verify transactions and contribute to network consensus.

Ubyx

Ubyx is another important name identified in InvestaX's June 2026 validator announcement.

It is specifically included among the institutional participants in the validator ecosystem. Its inclusion in that announcement should be distinguished from an independently verified wallet or active-validator record.

3. Additional XDC Ecosystem Organizations Not Included in the Official Masternode Directory

Our comparison identified several additional organizations in the research list that do not appear in the official 29-name directory.

These names should be retained in the research document because they can help build a broader picture of XDC's institutional, RWA, trade finance, payment and technology ecosystem.

However, their presence in this section does not confirm that they operate masternodes.

These organizations are included as additional research leads, not as confirmed XDC masternode operators. Their individual relationships with XDC should be supported by specific announcements, product integrations, deployments or other primary evidence before making stronger claims.

4. Name Variations and Organizational Relationships to Resolve

Some names in the research list appear to refer to the same organization or a related corporate entity.

They should not automatically be counted as separate validators.

Further corporate-entity research is needed to establish whether these are legal subsidiaries, brands, business units or simply alternative names.

5. Understanding XDC Network Masternodes

XDC Network uses a delegated Proof-of-Stake-based consensus architecture.

Masternodes play an important role in maintaining network security, transaction validation and block production.

The official masternode setup documentation describes several network participation roles, including:

  • Core Validator / Masternode: Participates in consensus and block validation.

  • Protector Node: Supports validator redundancy and network resilience.

  • Observer Node: Observes network consensus.

  • Full Node: Provides blockchain data access and independent verification.

  • Archive Node: Maintains historical blockchain state.

The published setup documentation specifies a 10-million-XDC requirement for core validator candidacy and also describes 10-million-XDC requirements for Protector and Observer roles.

The official portal currently describes 108 core validator positions. Requirements, rewards and eligibility should always be checked against the latest documentation.

6. Why Institutional Masternode Participation Matters

The participation of established organizations in blockchain infrastructure is important for several reasons.

Institutional credibility

The presence of organizations such as SBI, Deutsche Telekom, MoneyGram, Taurus and Hex Trust highlights the network's engagement with established financial and technology companies.

Network security

Independent validator operators contribute infrastructure and participate in securing blockchain consensus.

Enterprise adoption

Companies involved in trade finance, digital asset custody, payments and tokenization can contribute to the infrastructure supporting enterprise blockchain applications.

Real-world asset tokenization

As more financial institutions explore tokenized securities, private credit, funds and other real-world assets, reliable validator infrastructure becomes increasingly important.

Decentralized infrastructure

A broader and more diverse group of independent operators can help distribute responsibility for network validation and reduce dependence on a small number of infrastructure providers.

7. What Is Still Missing From Public Masternode Research?

A directory of organization names is useful, but it is not the complete picture of masternode ownership.

For a genuinely comprehensive investigation, the following information should be collected wherever publicly available:

  1. Organization's full legal name.

  2. Official masternode or validator announcement.

  3. Announcement date and original source.

  4. Named executive, founder or representative associated with the announcement.

  5. Validator wallet or node address.

  6. Publicly verifiable staking transaction.

  7. Active, standby or historical validator status.

  8. Confirmation of whether multiple validator addresses belong to the same operator.

  9. Any publicly disclosed relationship between the operator and XDC Network founders, foundation or staff.

It is especially important to distinguish between the organization operating a node and the person or entity that owns the wallet holding the stake.

Public blockchain data can help establish on-chain participation, but it does not automatically reveal the beneficial owner behind an address.

Conclusion

XDC Network's institutional infrastructure extends across financial services, blockchain technology, payments, custody, trade finance and real-world asset tokenization.

The official masternode directory identifies 29 organizations, while independent public announcements provide additional validator confirmations, including Credora and Ubyx, as well as the participation of Blueprint and Hivemind Digital Group.

Beyond these names, our wider research identifies additional organizations such as Circle, Securitize, Mercado Bitcoin, STASIS, TOPPAN, Tradeteq, TradeFinex, ComTech Gold, DFNS and IBM that deserve further investigation as part of the broader XDC ecosystem.

The important distinction is that ecosystem participation, institutional partnership and masternode operation are not interchangeable.

By tracking official announcements, verified node addresses and on-chain activity, it becomes possible to build a much clearer picture of who actually operates and supports XDC Network's infrastructure.

Research methodology: The official directory, public validator announcements and additional ecosystem research leads are presented separately. No unverified organization is represented as an active masternode holder solely because of its involvement in the XDC ecosystem.
