I'm going to try to post a "daily video". Just a video that I found relevant and wanted to share with my friends. Many of my friends who are interested in crypto have jobs, families, and responsibilities which make it difficult to watch the content that I want to share with them every day. So I wanted to start posting a video with some brief commentary every day. So that my friends can start finding some of the channels and personalities and perspectives that I find interesting. In some cases I will express disagreement or describe my related experience.

In today's video, I am actually just becoming familiar with Jason Pizzino's youtube channel. I don't see him on LBRY / Odysee yet, but you can join me on Odysee and strart earning LBC for watching content while the platform grows. He makes some great observations in his video today and I found myself sharing many of the sentiments he expressed. I feel like I really need to start looking into NFTs more and using them. I points out some possible outcomes in the near future offering great value to buy alt coins and I share this view as well. I have mostly shifted my strategy to a dollar cost averaging approach at this stage in the bull market. I still want to accumulate, but I'm not taking new concentrated positions in alt coins at the moment. I want to have some USD left, or preferably some GUSD, USDT, USDC, BUSD, DAI, & USDJ (all stablecoins on the blockchain worth $1.00 USD), so that I am prepared to buy the best bear market opportunities in the short to intermediate term as the bull market potentially comes to a close.

Whether we have a big retreat and crash, or more of a plateau, is yet to be seen. I think it will be somewhere in between and the lull will be shorter than the last period of relative crypto calm (and deep discounts) between late 2018 and mid 2020. I think the next crypto bear market won't last longer than 1 year and it won't feel like a the last bear market at all. So I suspect that it will be really difficult to guess the bottom also. That's why I am committing heavily to DCA strategies going forward for the foreseeable future. And I'm going to try to take some profits and convert to stablecoins, but I'm not sure I'll be able to do that. I think buying alt coins is mostly a one-way street for me now (I will mostly buy and not sell), especially after my experience with Dogecoin in which I sold 450,000 DOGE between $0.01-$0.018... the last of which I sold approximately 5 minutes before DOGE proceeded to shoot up to ~$0.08. I was so baffled by this experience (especially with DOGE of course, which was always the most ridiculous and impractical moonshot) that I'm not sure I'll be able to sell another alt coin ever again. That was probably my biggest "bitcoin pizza" moment in crypto. I missed out on a ~$30,000 gain in a few hours because I was trying to sell the top and accumulate more DOGE. So part of my DCA strategy will have to involve socking away some stable coin also, because I've been too traumatized by this experience to push the sell button again... at least not until I see some crazy high account balances.

I can't really comment on every crypto he mentions here. But yes, Litecoin, has been disappointing for many. I don't hold any... I just rode a small amount on the way up from $75-$150. But I think LTC (and BCH for tht matter) has a great chance to grow if they can incubate a useful DeFi ecosystem. I don't think Litecoin or Bitcoin Cash are really designed for smart contracts & token minting, but there is always innovation taking place and layer 2 tech will certainly open some doors we never imagined. Look at what's happening with RSK Network & rBTC. Anyway, thanks for stopping by. I'll be checking in on Jason's channel frequently.
