I love shells. The designs, colors, shapes, textures. All of them are different, all of them beautiful! If you've been following my craziness for a while you should know that my backyard its covered in empty snail shells. For some reason they come to my backyard and leave there their shells. All types of sizes, and colors... some of them broken, some even filled with soil. Spending years finding shells every day made me love them! So when I go to the beach or the bay I always look for them.

This cute little crown.. it looks like an ancient crown, right?!... is a hermit crab! We got lots of tiny hermit crabs here, we call them cobitos. Cobitos are very grumpy and shy so they hide when someone approaches them. They are not bigger than a quarter coin and people often mistaken them for sea snails but nope, just because they are tiny and have a shell doesn't mean they're snails. This one in particular is very beautiful... not just the color, look at the pattern of little balls around the entire shell. Is like tiny decorations!

I need to go back to the beach! I'm running out of sea shells pics!
