Somebody is probably already doing the thing you shouldn't be doing with a memecoin inspired by Trump's VP JD Vance

Donald Trump announced J.D. Vance as his vice-president and minutes later, a new token, a memecoin, called JD Vunce ($VUNCE) appeared on the Solana network.

On the surface, it shares several similarities with other similar tokens such as TREMP and BODEN.

But to be honest, this looks a bit dodgy.

It kinda looks like a rug pull.

TREMP and BODEN are 'legit' tokens with daily trading volumes and liquidity and value that goes up and down.

VUNCE, for now at least, is different. It went down 90% in the last 24 hours, and it only has a total liquidity of $2.94k.

And it also looks like people have been trying to make it go viral on X.

That's the trifecta of red flags we don't want to see.
