Solana announces shipping date for Seeker phone and new token

We finally have an ETA on Solana Seeker, the second Solana smartphone after Saga.

First teased well over a year ago as Saga Chapter Two, Seeker has been available for pre-order since early 2024 and it came with a bunch of free airdrops.

Now, we finally have an ETA.

Shipping will commence on August 4, 2025.

Also, Solana announced SKR, "the native asset of the Solana Mobile economy".

SKR tokens will go directly to builders & users for ecosystem participation.

It's unclear what they mean by that, but we'll find out soon enough I guess.
