My funds are stuck due to a design flaw of the Coinbase platform

Coinbase is heavily regulated, and it is regulated in the US.

This means that the number of cryptos and tokens available on the platform, the exchange, varies all the time.

Most cryptos remain supported in the web 3.0 wallet even when they're gone from the exchange, but there's a catch.

A long time ago, I bought some Mirror Protocol (MIR) and Moss Carbon Credit (MC02), both of which were supported on the exchange.

Unfortunately, for me, Coinbase has since discontinued support for these coins, which means when I click on either of them a message appears, directing me to Coinbase Wallet.

However, Coinbase does not give the option to transfer these funds from my Coinbase Exchange to my Coinbase Wallet.

Which means they're stuck there.

To summarise, I can't transfer these funds from Coinbase Exchange to Coinbase Wallet, and I can't exchange them or sell them in Coinbase Exchange.

We're talking about small sums here so that's not the biggest deal in the world.

But imagine if we'd been talking about thousands of dollars.

I'd be royally, regally pis*ed.
