It's clear to most people that Bitcoin isn't a payment method. You can use it as such, but you probably shouldn't. Or you should. Up to you.
The point is, there are several cryptocurrencies that allows me, buyer and payer, to pay you, seller, recipient or payee, to pay you using crypto.
I can think of a long list of cryptos I can use to do that seamlessly, immediately, and essentially for free.
This is better than the current system we use.
Has it ever happened to you that somebody was supposed to send you money and said they did but didn't? You can't do that with crypto, because transactions are publicly listed on the blockchain. So if this person lied, you'd know.
Has it every happened to you that you work at a company where several salaries are paid on the same day and your colleague, for whatever reason, receives his salary hours before/after you do?
Why does that happen? No one knows. The bank can't tell you. Or won't. That simply doesn't happen with crypto. If I send you crypto, and I send your best friend crypto, and he receives it his money hours before or after you do, it's only because of me.
Sure, crypto transactions can be delayed as well, it happens, because of blockchain congestion, but very rarely. And again you can keep track.
And if I send transactions 1 right now and transactions 2 a couple of seconds later, the chances of one being picked up immediately and the other one being delayed by hours are very close to zero.
Why am I telling you this?
Two reasons. First, it's true.
Second, I haven't received my salary today yet, but everyone else at my company has. lol
