It is no accident that bitcoin was created in the aftermath of 2008 financial crisis.
We’ve gradually been trained to distrust governments and banks.
We haven’t been trained to do that by fanatics or as part of our education, nope, it was everyday life that did job.
In our daily routine, in our commute to work, in the way we pay our taxes and get money from ATMs, in our love life even, every single thing we do everyday comes with a tiny label or hidden message that says “your government doesn't care about you”.
It may be the fine print you didn't read (because it was nigh on impossible to do so), it may be some exorbitant semi-hidden fee.
But it’s there.
Ask yourself this question. Do you trust your government? Do you truly honestly believe that the people who say what you can and cannot do with your life has your best interest at heart?
If the answer’s yes. You’re probably fine without Bitcoin. If the answer’s no. You can rest safe in the knowledge that, for better or worse, or regardless of what they say, Bitcoin might be of interest for you because world government have little to no control over it.
Sure, they can affect the price with their decision.
But that’s like saying you can add or remove water from the ocean with a spoon.
In the big scheme of things, it can’t be beaten. And that’s why they’re joining.
