You can actually learn from them both as a developer or content creator. For example, zkSync and layer zero are outrunning every other project as of now. Its clear that they must have hired best of men for this job. You can copy their style and use it on your own (Don't copy paste; See what makes them better).

CryptoZombies is the largest education platform for blockchain development, it’s been around for 4+ years, with over 400k registered users that have finished multiple courses. It is maintained by BlockSec, a team of security researchers and experts dedicated to building blockchain security infrastructure. Speedrun Ethereum is a learning resource for developers who want to learn how to build on Ethereum. It provides a series of challenges that cover a variety of topics, from creating simple NFTs to building a decentralized exchange.
