Hey! My name is Noah and I’m a writer from the UK who’s just dedicated himself to learning & writing about Cryptocurrency. Thanks for stopping by to read my first blog post. 

This post is just a short introduction to who I am, what made me want to start learning about Cryptocurrency and Blockchain technology & why I think everyone should be at least a little educated on the subject.

It's a brave new world we live in. Technology is moving so rapidly that we are constantly taking things for granted. The main thing the general population is still largely ignoring is Crypto. I’m kind of a cynic by nature, so throughout the infancy of Bitcoin and the likes, I was dismissive and ignorant towards anything and everything Cryptocurrency based. That is still the large narrative with the general population. 

I think there are a few reasons for this. Firstly, it’s the tangibility of money. Because you can never physically hold a Cryptocurrency, it never truly seems real. But then when you look at the nature of common people's spending habits, most transactions aren’t even using physical money. The second one is a refusal to learn, adapting the old adage ‘ignorance is bliss’. That seems to be the general attitude towards money. 

It wasn’t until I decided to embark on this journey as a Crypto-writer, that I learned the inner workings of money, how corrupt the system truly is and how little physical money there actually is in the world. I’m well aware I’ve barely even scratched the surface.

I will write a short separate blog post on some good Crypto & Blockchain related documentaries I’ve watched recently for those interested.

So, a little more about me. I’m a freelance photographer & writer based out of the South East of England. I’m 31 years old and for the vast majority of my life I have worked a bunch of dead end jobs. Photography is an enormously competitive world and whilst it's my biggest passion in life, I don't want it to be the only path for myself. I just so happen to love writing and have recently been more active in getting a writing career off the ground.

I have no investments or capital whatsoever. I’m being totally upfront & honest with you, the reader. I've made poor financial decisions in the past but like an unfortunate amount of people I can't find a good job. So I'm taking matters in to my own hands. Accountability (pun intended) is imperative, If I put the work in & get some financial freedom, this blog post will hopefully serve as inspiration to someone in a similar position to myself - which is way too many people as it is. It’s time to tip the scales in our favour a little. The hard truth however for anyone reading that's like me is that it’s not a case of working smarter, not harder. It’s working smarter AND harder. You've got to put the damn work in. So here I am!

My initial goals were to find a site to get published on - check, thanks to Publish0x! The next is to write & blog like crazy. Please excuse me if some of my blog posts are quite rudimentary. They’ll be written for entry level people like myself. The intention is to show a path to help people make some finances by trying different cryptocurrency mediums such as gaming, learning & experimenting with things like NFT giveaways and competitions. There will be more prose stuff like this chronicling my journey & sharing my earnings.
